I am Jessica Haquihaca, a team leader . I am a college undergraduate taking up BSED in Secondary major in English . I have been working as a team leader for over 3 years now and my main focus was orienting every new girl about the app that they will be working.Explaining what are the do’s and don'ts . I was briefing them on everything they needed to know to avoid mistakes and casualties while working. I  am also the one who helps them solve every problem they encounter during times of work. I am doing their daily data as well as their salary every week. 

By this I should be knowledgeable enough in using the following:

1. Excel

2. Document

3. powerpoint/slide

4. Google meet

5. Zoom

6. Google sheet

7. Google drive

Having this kind of nature of work enhances my skills on managing a team and how to motivate them in times that they are losing and already on the verge of giving up. My patience was being tested too on dealing with repeated questions of a worker. 

I became an admin assistant as well for about 7 months . I was assigned to do monitoring on every team, conduct training every week , solving and raising their concerns on the admin of the app if I couldn't solve it with myself and sending rewards daily and weekly. I am assigned as well on making data of every team using google sheet and excel. Making slides or powerpoint too for the training. I need to post daily on social media to find more workers and leaders to be part of the company. 

With this I believe I can offer you my service on data entry , some admin assistant ,social management manager and as an  advertiser on social media by posting on every group.
