Job Overview:
Alliance Care Medical Equipment is looking for a full-time freelance web developer who will be assigned to projects and responsible for continuing to develop the website for our company. You will work alongside a senior developer and digital marketer. Candidate must be proficient in CMS specifically WordPress, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and general knowledge in web security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align website features and functionalities with the company's objectives
- Resolve bugs and optimize website performance for a seamless user experience
- Enhance the online store by implementing and extending WooCommerce functionality
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of WordPress best practices
- Design and customize WordPress website and themes
- Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to meet project goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Web Developer.
- Proficient in CMS, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.
- Experience with custom WordPress theme and plugin development
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and APIs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work seamlessly in the US timezone
- Organized & great attention to detail
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum)
