Responsibilities:

Workflow Design and Optimization:

Develop and optimize automated workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in workflow design to ensure seamless automation.
Zapier Integration:

Configure and manage Zapier integrations for various applications and platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain smooth operations.
Email Automation:

Design and implement email automation campaigns for marketing and communication purposes.
Ensure email workflows are efficient, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.
API Integration:

Work with external APIs to integrate third-party services and tools into our systems.
Collaborate with developers to create custom API solutions when necessary.
Webhooks Implementation:

Set up and manage webhooks to enable real-time communication between different systems.
Troubleshoot webhook-related issues and ensure data integrity.
External Site Integration:

Integrate our systems with external platforms and websites to streamline data flow.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools for potential integration opportunities.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Zapier/Automation Expert, preferably in a startup environment.
Proficiency in designing and optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Strong knowledge of Zapier, email automation tools, API integration, and webhooks.
Familiarity with external site integration and the ability to adapt to new platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
