- Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for engagement.
5. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics, trends, and insights, and use data to optimize strategies.
6. **Collaboration and Cross-functional Communication:**
- Work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and customer support to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience.
