Dispositions Manager (Real Estate)

The Dispositions manager's main responsibility includes selling the company's current inventory to buyers. Other responsibilities include reviewing offers on properties, creating and emailing online contracts, entering pertinent info into company database, looking at comparables in the market. We are looking for a Go Getter mentality, strong salesperson. Must be able to network and outreach for buyers. Will average about 30 daily calls to buyers. Knowing how to be efficient on the computer is important. Must be available for 2 weekly morning meetings and daily 10 minute huddles online at 4:30 Mon-Fri. This is a commission only job.
