We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Agent to join our team! As a Quality Assurance (QA) Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring sales calls to access employee demeanour, technical accuracy, sales performance and conformity to our company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance (QA) Agent duties and responsibilities:
Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.
Ensure compliance with company's quality systems.
Determine weaknesses in performance and establish solutions to improve.
Create and improve processes, maintain and communicate procedures.
Generate and maintain feedback and coaching documentation.
Offer daily feedback via verbal & written communication.
Ability to work and complete projects without supervision, self-motivated.

Quality Assurance (QA) Agent requirements and qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control.
Strong computer skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and exceptional listening.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently.
