Talented Graphic Design Assistant for Busy Real Estate Marketer

Hi there, my name is Melanie Grey; I'm the owner and creative director at Fourth Street Creative, a marketing company specializing in real estate design, marketing, branding and education. Basically, we help realtors look great online and off.
I'm looking for a talented graphic designer who can match aesthetics easily to help with our overflow of design needs inside our membership, "The Marque Collective," and our template shop.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Customizing pre-designed templates to fit the aesthetic of our members/customers
- Creating Canva templates based on an already developed aesthetic (i.e., we've created a set of social posts and now need you to create a flyer, feature sheet, postcard etc, in the same aesthetic)
- General help with creating graphics for our membership and shop, as well as social media
- Creating mockups in Photoshop for our products and templates and membership graphics
Requirements:
- Familiar with Photoshop and Canva, a MUST
- Comfortable in writing in English (some light copywriting on designs would be required)
- Ability to match aesthetic - for example, if we supply a brochure with a soft and elegant aesthetic, you'll be able to create social posts to match
