Job Overview:
We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support. You'll be handling around 60 emails per day, managing disputes, and liaising with our agent. Your role will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
0) Respond to customer emails, manage disputes, and communicate with our agent.
0) Use pre-prepared templates as well as draft your own messages to address customer inquiries.
0) Translate messages into non-English languages as required for our diverse customer base.
0) Ensure all customer interactions are handled with a high degree of professionalism and care.
Requirements:
0) Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
0) Experience with customer service, market research, and spreadsheets.
0) Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
0) Proficiency in handling emails and customer disputes.
0) Ability to translate messages into multiple languages is a plus.
0) Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
