US Accounting Firm Email Support

This opportunity is with a small business tax and accounting firm in the USA. It is a permanent role that can grow as you prove your skills.
There is the opportunity to expand to more hours, higher pay, and full time as you learn. This is the perfect opportunity for a new accountant or CPA looking to expand their USA bookkeeping, Income Tax, and Payroll skills.

Candidate will be engaged in:
Communicating with clients and bookkeepers, mainly by email.
Obtaining, Organizing, clients’ statements and bookkeeping data.
Interfacing with bookkeepers who will using the client info you collect.

Excellent command of American English communication especially written email. C2 or higher will be necessary.
Candidate will be using DropBox
Bookkeeping knowledge and experience highly desirable
US Income Tax preparation knowledge a plus
Accounting degree and/or CPA highly desirable

Various other tasks possible if you are able to learn them, US Income Tax Preparation, setting up new clients in payroll software, state registrations for tax numbers for new clients.
Part time at first and there is the opportunity for expanded and full time depending on your skills.
