Telephone based Client Manager

At Berritta Consulting we have over 20 years experience within Recruitment and 12+ years of client relationships in Australia.

Berritta Consulting launched 2+ year ago and we are now a team of 5 and operate / recruit for companies within the Financial Services Sector.

Within the next 2/3 years we want to be a team of 10 to 15 people and are looking for people to help us grow the business.
We provide a bonus structure that could double / triple your weekly salary.

We are looking for someone with Phone based Recruitment or HR experience. The ideal person has worked for a recruitment company.

We provide all contacts and data to call + the phone system.

The role;

• We need someone with strong telephone experience as this is 80% of the role speaking to Australian Companies
• Talking to current clients that we work with
• Talking to new clients who we want to work with and filling in a document with the new vacancy information
• You will be working closely with a client manager in Australia for help and guidance
• You will also help with data collection via social media and LinkedIn messaging
• Opportunities for career development

• Reasonable computer to be able to perform the job
• An environment that allows you to perform an 80% phone base role
• Experience with phone based sales
