JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are on the hunt for a talented and self-motivated Video Editor to join our dynamic team in the digital marketing ecosystem.

PROJECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Edit and assemble recorded footage into a finished project
Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of all video productions
Image editing with text layovers
Utilize Google Drive
Utilize Skype

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience is preferred.
Strong ability to read, write, and speak the English language
Attention to detail
Creativity and a passionate interest in video editing
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Positive, no excuse attitude
Extremely reliable
Go-getter attitude

• I own a digital marketing company (we do website development, SEO, Google Adwords pay per-click marketing, video marketing, Facebook marketing, etc). It is called Spector Group Digital Media Agency
• I move very fast & expect the people I work with to be the same way

• I give bonuses for doing a good job (If I make money, you should be rewarded for that)
• My company is based in the United States, in the state of Missouri, but we serve clients throughout the country).
We have a team of 7 individuals currently based in the Philippines.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
• Pay is weekly on every Saturday
• We pay bonuses for great work
• We give pay increases based on performance

Wage/Salary:
Hourly rate based on experience.
