We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Ecommerce Customer Support, handling both email and phone support.
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Service Roles: Previous experience in customer service is preferred, with a bonus if you have worked in an ecommerce setting. Your ability to connect with customers is key!
Knowledge of Gorgias and Zendesk (Preferred): Experience with Gorgias and Zendesk is a plus but not mandatory if you have a solid background in customer service. We value your expertise and adaptability!
