The Role:
In the role of Creative Project Manager, you'll orchestrate the design process from its conceptual phase through to execution. This encompasses:

Crafting 1 weekly design that resonates with our brand and clients.
Ensuring the highest quality in all design projects through meticulous quality control of projects done by other designers.
Directing project trajectories to ensure timely delivery and excellence.
Nurturing the growth of our design team through effective training and leadership.
Conducting insightful monthly performance evaluations with our design team.
Managing essential KPIs and overseeing designer salary computations through strategic use of Zapier automations.

Key Requirements:
Expertise in design software and adeptness in utilizing project management tools, particularly ClickUp.
Independence in managing time and meeting crucial deadlines.
Stellar communication skills, allowing for clear articulation of concepts and feedback.
A track record of success in similar roles or environments.

Compensation:
Base salary: €1,200/month.
