Qualifications:
At Least 5 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant
Experienced in Basic Marketing, Content Creating and Social Media Management
Basic accounting knowledge is a PLUS!
Background in the Real Estate business is an ADVANTAGE!
Proficient and has high attention to details

Responsibilities includes but not limited to the following:
Act as the point of contact and communicate on behalf of the CEO maybe through phone call or email.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Taking notes during weekly meetings
Coordinating appointments with guests for PODCASTS
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Organize and maintain files and documents
Email Management
Calendar Management and scheduling appointments
Build database of contacts
Provide Customer Service to clients
