This is a project-based role with compensation per successful video created, not hourly pay.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft educational scripts and storyboards in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Edit and produce videos that are engaging and informative, tailored for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Utilize graphics, animations, and effects to enrich the educational content.
Maintain brand consistency across all media outputs in style, quality, and messaging.
Innovate and provide creative ideas for content improvement and audience engagement.
Manage and meet project deadlines effectively.
Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience in content creation and video editing, ideally within the educational sector.
Proficiency with industry-standard editing tools and graphic design software.
Solid understanding of social media content creation and digital storytelling techniques.
Excellent collaborative, communication, and organizational skills.
A portfolio showcasing previous work in video editing and content creation.
Compensation:

Pay-per-project: remuneration is issued for each successful video, based on meeting company quality standards and project objectives.
Selection Process:

A practical test will be part of the selection process. Candidates will be asked to create a sample video, which will serve as a pivotal factor in assessing suitability for the role.
