Key Responsibilities:
1. Email Campaign Management:
• Supplement our current end-to-end email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and or Aweber.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Monitor and analyze key email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Interpret data to derive actionable insights and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
3. List Segmentation and Targeting:
• Utilize Mailchimp's and or Aweber segmentation features to target specific audience segments with tailored content.
4. Automation and Workflow Management:
• Design and implement automated email workflows to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
• Continuously optimize workflows based on performance data and industry best practices.
5. Compliance and Best Practices:
• Stay informed about email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant data protection regulations and anti-spam laws.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in designing and executing successful email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp.
• Proficient in interpreting and analyzing email performance data, with a strong focus on open and click-through rates.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
