Position Overview:
We're looking for a creative Content Creator who excels in finding, creating, and editing videos for a faceless YouTube channel. The role involves crafting eye-catching thumbnails, writing engaging titles and descriptions, and editing videos ready for upload. The successful candidate will be expected to consistently produce 4 videos per week, amounting to approximately 16 videos per month, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity in each production

Key Responsibilities:
Source and edit videos aligning with the channel's motivational theme.
Design captivating thumbnails to maximize click-through rates.
Write compelling titles and descriptions to enhance viewer engagement and SEO.
Maintain the channel's anonymity and thematic consistency in all content.
Stay updated with YouTube trends to continually evolve our content strategy.

Qualifications:
Experience in video editing and graphic design (knowledge of Adobe Suite preferred).
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and algorithms.
