We are searching for a motivated virtual/executive assistant to help with day to day operations of our private label e-commerce brand. We are a very small team, growing quickly and looking for the person who can step up and keep things running smoothly.You will work directly with the company founder. Our company was founded in 2020 and we are 100% e-commerce based, with a major emphasis on the Amazon US Marketplace. We sell trendy products geared towards women aged 24-45. Our mission is to build a supportive community of creative women who love using our products.

As Our Virtual Assistant, you will:

1. Expect to act as a right-hand person to the founder, often being the first point of contact for internal and external communications. You'll need to understand the founder's priorities, preferences, and working style to represent them effectively.

2. You'll be expected to handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently, resolving issues to maintain and enhance the company's reputation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills will be key.

3. Managing the company and founder’s inboxes requires excellent organizational skills and discretion, ensuring that all correspondence is handled timely and appropriately.

4. You'll need to onboard new affiliates, which involves understanding and explaining the program clearly, as well as keeping affiliates engaged. Searching for and managing outreach to new affiliates and content creators requires good judgment and an understanding of the brand's audience.

5. Expect to conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and then reach out to them. This will require a mix of sales and marketing skills to effectively communicate the company's value proposition.

6. Managing and scheduling content across platforms means you'll need to be savvy with social media tools and trends. You'll also be expected to engage with the community, responding to comments and messages in a way that reflects the brand's voice.

7. Assisting with content creation for the brand requires creativity and an understanding of the company's audience and messaging. You'll be expected to contribute ideas and possibly create visual or written content.

8. Assisting the founder with a variety of personal and company-related projects means you'll need to be adaptable, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Overall, expect to wear many hats, requiring a mix of administrative, customer service, marketing, and content creation skills. You'll need to be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, as is the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent English (emphasis on written)
6. Experience as a virtual assistant

This position is fully remote. You are expected to have a reliable internet connection and a computer to work from. This is a 20 to 30 hour a week position.
The schedule can be somewhat flexible, but most work hours must align with founder’s daytime schedule in USA time zone.

Compensation: $5-8 hourly.
