Job Title: Shopify E-commerce Virtual Assistant

Work Schedule: 8hrs daily (M-F) / Flexible

Job Description:
Andre Hundley Inc. is seeking a dynamic and skilled Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce business. As a Shopify Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence, marketing our stores, and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities:
1. Shopify Specialization:
Utilize your expertise in Shopify to manage and enhance the functionality of our e-commerce stores.
Ensure smooth navigation, optimize product listings, and troubleshoot technical issues.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Implement SEO strategies to improve the visibility of our stores on search engines.
Conduct keyword research, optimize product descriptions, and enhance website performance.
Online Marketing and Social Media:
Develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote our stores.

3. General Administration:
Respond to emails promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Assist with calendar management and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a specialization in Shopify.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to implement effective strategies.
Familiarity with online marketing and social media platforms.
General administrative skills, including email management and calendar coordination.
Minimum of 1 year of experience specifically working with Shopify.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
