Virtual Assistant

The potential VA will manage emails & contact applicants upon review of the initial receipt of the jot forms received. The VA will send a full application for employment to said applicants that are approved by myself & receive said applications for review of said applications to be processed. The VA will create a file for each owner operator approved for employment & email each file to me. The VA will communicate all issues & notify me of questions needing to be answered. The VA, will, as an administrator within our platform, monitor the number of new applicants & make initial contact to acknowledge receipt of their information & set a phone appointment upon my approval. New duties may be assigned during the VA’s tenure.
