Job Description:
As a Prospector/Sales, you will play a crucial role in expanding our business by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, establishing connections, and closing deals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within our target market.
• Utilize various channels, including phone calls and emails, to reach out to business owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Sales Outreach:
• Initiate and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
• Present our products/services in a compelling and articulate manner.
• Address client inquiries and provide relevant information to move them through the sales funnel.
Deal Closure:
• Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of clients from prospect to customer.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Communication and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with a focus on prospecting and sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
