Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate clients.
Gauge the interest and needs of potential clients effectively.
Qualify leads based on criteria provided and pass them into our lead tracking system.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on qualified leads.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Cold Caller or in a related role.
Exceptional communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
In-depth understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics.
Ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their real estate needs.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management processes.
Requirements:

Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
FLUENT ENGLISH SPEAKING SKILLS, with excellent pronunciation.
Active listening and responding appropriately to potential clients
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and surpassing lead generation targets.
