Receptionist

Here at Prosper Management Group LLC, we manage multiple types of residential and commercial properties as well as storage units, with over 600 doors. All of our tenants are to be respected and treated with kindness, no matter the situation at hand. We are looking for someone who is fast paced and can multi-task while working. We will require this person to become familiar, if not already, with AppFolio software. It is extremely important that the person of hire has great communication/customer service skills, continuously updates tenant information and has a positive attitude at all times with our tenants. We all work as a team and hope to find someone we can add to it! We understand that learning is a key part in becoming successful with our company and do not mind questions being asked, we actually prefer it. This person of hire will most definitely need to be an upbeat and personable person for this specific job with an anticipation to learn. It is a key goal to have as little as possible missed calls throughout the day and any missed, be returned. You will need to be able to transfer calls to the designated source for information pertaining to their questions.
