Social Media Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, managing the social media accounts for our creator marketing agency. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to work efficiently within the UK timezone (GMT+1).

Responsibilities:

Log into multiple social media accounts daily to perform engagement activities, including but not limited to: commenting, liking, following/unfollowing, and responding to messages.
Execute collaboration requests with other accounts to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Create and schedule posts (as needed) to maintain consistency and grow the agency's social media presence.
Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and insights to provide recommendations for optimization.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting to maximize audience engagement.
Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and develop compelling social media content ideas.
Assist in identifying and implementing strategies to increase followers and enhance brand awareness.
Provide regular reports and analysis of social media performance metrics.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in social media management or a related field is preferred.
Proficient in using various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with online communities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently.
Knowledge of scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms is a plus.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Availability to work 3-4 hours per day, 6 days a week, within the UK timezone (GMT+1).
