Social Media Manager

My name is Greg, I'm a creator, entrepreneur and marketer. I have been doing this for 11 years. I run my own company plus work as head of growth in a 2,000 employee company which has been around since 1999.

THE ROLE:
You will be managing personal brand social media accounts, scheduling content and writing engaging captions based off references.
You'll also be editing videos via an AI tool (no previous editing experience is required).
Lastly, you will be liaising with the video editors to ensure all on track and working as a team.
You MUST be able to work as a team otherwise this won't work, so team work is a must.
Future roles: As we're growing the team they will be management roles available, as we have multiple team members.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- 1-year minimum experience in social media management
- Advanced fluent written English that is conversational
- Can follow instructions whilst also being creative (we don't want robots)
- A team player as there is a team working together for each part and everyone's role makes the others easier
PAY & HOURS:
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8 hours a day (can be flexible on timings but must do all 8 hours)
Pay: $750 per month + bonuses (when channel or video hits certain numbers) and incentives (this is set and non-negotiable so if you're not happy with it, please don't apply)
