ROCK STAR REAL ESTATE COLD CALLER

We are looking for 2 outbound call lead generator to help produce more leads for the company. We have two positions open .

Your responsibilities:

- Cold calling home owners to see if they are interested in selling their property
- Memorizing and adjusting the sales script to better fit the needs of specific individual’s
- Building a relationship with the home owner while on the phone
- Asking questions to qualify them and their interest in selling their property
- Taking very detailed notes on every individual that you speak with
-Generating at least 3 leads per day
- Making calls from 9am -12pm eastern standard time and 4pm-8pm(Monday- Friday) using MOJO triple line dialer
- Hourly pay plus bonuses

Your qualifications:

- MUST be fluent in English with very little to no accent
- Must have an Energetic and outgoing personality
- Must be very Good at listening and identifying problems
- available to work at a set U.S time Monday through Friday EVERY WEEK without calling out or missing hours.
- Must have reliable internet connection and Skype
