Important: Candidate must be amenable to work on site in Ortigas.

We are a pioneer in-house operations providing end to end support to patients and physicians in several provinces of Canada and states in the US. You'll be primarily supporting operations by getting in touch with patients in need of an appointment with a physician, organize their encounter, and ensure the best care and experience is delivered.

Scope: Primary responsibility is to organize appointment of patients with physicians licensed to practice in their area.

Basic Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written English
Experience in customer service
Ability to handle caller frustrations and remain professional on every interaction
Technically savvy and able to multi task on different platforms while maintaining accuracy, precision, and security in handling sensitive patient information
Proactive assessment and discernment of patient concerns and identification of best care management or suitability for virtual care versus in-person care
Flexible and thrives in a highly regulated, rapidly growing and changing environment
Possesses strong positive attitude and character towards work and supportive of cross-functional projects relating to but not directly supported by the patient intake team
Able to remain efficient, respectful, productive, and work with integrity under minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and ability collaborate with the team in a performance driven environment
Extremely organized, positive, and willing to learn new skills through feedback, coaching, and self-paced or leader-led trainings

Preferred Qualification:
Graduate of health science related degree
At least 2-3 years experience in a North American voice account dealing with healthcare and/or insurances
Knowledge of Zendesk and other cloud based CRM, Google Suite especially Sheets, EMRs, etc.
Knowledge of EMR and privacy requirements in North America (HIPAA, PHIPA, PIPEDA)
Strong mathematical, comprehension, process improvement, critical thinking, and decision making skills.
