Required Skills and Experience:
-Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably with a C- level
-Strong English written & oral communications
-High attention to detail
-Email management experience
-Tech savvy (ability to research and adapt to new and existing technologies)
-Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite and other document management tools
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders
-Stable Internet connection

Key Responsibilities:
Email & Calendar management-
-Manage multiple email accounts to ensure that urgent/ important messages are responded to on a timely and efficient manner
-Draft email responses with minimal supervision
-Manage multiple calendars for proper scheduling and appointment setting, preferably using Gmail, Outlook, Zoom and Calendly
-Review, organize, and schedule appointments and meetings based on emails

Administrative, Research and Personal tasks-
-Manage process checklists and ensure that tasks are completed across all stakeholders
-Manage several tools being used by the firm as an Admin user
-Draft and send proposals to clients
-Respond to emails & subsequent tasks
-File invoices
-Research items/software/programs as needed
-Manage travel itineraries for CEO- hotels, flights, cars, etc
-Assist CEO in other personal tasks
