Job Title: Recruitment Administrator and Researcher (Virtual Assistant for Recruitment & Executive Search Support)

Job Type: Full-time - The successful candidate will need to be available for overlap with the UK working day 9-5 (Afternoon/evening in the Philippines).

We specialize in placing leadership hires across the technology, digital, and professional services sectors.

Our consultative approach enables us to fully understand our clients' requirements before embarking on targeted, research-driven searches for C-suite, VP, director and specialist talent. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient individual to bolster our recruitment and executive search operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Handle daily administrative tasks to support live requisitions such as application management, CV formatting, profile updates, parsing profiles from LinkedIn and interaction tracking.
-Keeping Asana up to date.
-Enhancing and managing candidate data so that recruitment campaigns can run effectively.
-Keeping the database up to date
-Sourcing contact information of candidates and prospects
-Ad hoc projects
-Mapping specific markets using LinkedIn and other tools

Essential Skills:

-Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, using SharePoint to store files
-Ability to learn quickly and follow complex processes
-Conscientious with exceptional attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
-Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
-Self motivated - and able to evidence this

Desirable Skills:

- Familiarity with Loxo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, SalesQL, and Asana.
- Experience with a recruitment CRM and ATS.

-A Bachelor's degree is required.
