Executive Assistant – Multidisciplinary

Note: It's unlikely that you'll actually be able to do everything at the level that we need from at the start. But if you're very sharp, highly motivated, and have excellent English communication skills, I will invest in training you so that we can have a positive, long-term working relationship. Please note: I am in Chicago and would need you to be available to work during our business hours.

# Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive project management and support to our consulting business, including market research, client communication, and workflow management.
- Assist in managing the digital marketing strategy for our parcel business, including website management, social media engagement, and lead generation.
- Support the sales team by developing materials, coordinating with buyers, and tracking outreach efforts.
- Perform administrative duties such as managing calendars, booking travel, and executing non-disclosure agreements.
- Engage in tech-related tasks, leveraging tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems to optimize our operations.
