Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in industries such as construction, agriculture, and landscaping to introduce our range of premium products.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads by researching and identifying potential customers through various channels.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products, addressing client needs and emphasizing value propositions.
- Qualify leads and transfer calls to the experts on the sales team
- Achieve daily and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Document all communication and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in a B2B sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product details to potential clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of outbound calls.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Knowledge of the construction, agriculture, tree service, or landscaping industries is a plus.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Call Volume: Make a minimum of 120-150 outbound calls per day.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify a minimum of 50 leads daily based on predefined criteria.
- CRM Accuracy: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
