Marketing and Administrative Assistant

Location: 100% work-from-home, 9a- 6p EST, 1 hr Unpaid break

About Us:

Rabel is a disruptive content platform aimed at dismantling the current “binge watch” culture. We are creating the first Knowledge Exchange Marketplace, geared to empower independent content creators and independent content consumers. We are seeking a talented Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our team small but mighty team. This role requires an individual that thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup, but has the strong management skills to help bring order to the chaos.



Email Automation Marketing: Proficiently manage email campaigns and marketing automation using Klaviyo, ensuring targeted and engaging content is delivered to our audience.

Social Media Management: Schedule and moderate social media posts using a scheduler platform, engage with followers, and respond to comments and inquiries professionally.

Copywriting: Create compelling and effective copy for marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, and website content.


Project Management: Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Atlassian Marketplace to assist in project coordination and tracking.

Report and Presentation Preparation: Prepare detailed and accurate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets to facilitate decision-making processes for the team.

Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly to maintain up-to-date records and assist in data-driven decision-making.

General Administrative Duties: Provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.


Marketing Skills:
Proficiency in email automation marketing, with hands-on experience using remediate copywriting skills with the ability to review and optimize engaging marketing content.
Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.

Administrative Skills:
Strong project management skills with experience in Jira, Trello, and Atlassian Marketplace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google communication Skills:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Efficiency: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
