QuickBooks wizard for Australian real estate co, P-T 10-12 hours pw, PH time zone

Are you a QuickBooks bookkeeping/accounting wizard? Looking for 10-12 hours per week?

We’re a small Australian property company looking for a Bookkeeper/Accountant. We are based in Perth, which has the same time zone as Philippines.

THE ROLE INCLUDES:
• Data entry from scanned transaction receipts and invoices
• Monthly and quarterly reconciliations, payroll and reports
• Following up outstanding receipts and invoices
• Locating and correcting discrepancies
• Other related tasks as required

REQUIREMENTS
• University degree
• Strong accounting/bookkeeping experience
• QuickBooks desktop knowledge
• High English proficiency
• Available to work long-term
