Buildium Bookkeeper

Our real estate firm is looking for an EXPERIENCED Bookkeeper proficient in Quickbooks AND Buildium.

Qualifications include:

1. Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (QuickBooks and Buildium).

2. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data entry and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles, such as double-entry bookkeeping and chart of accounts.
- Ability to generate financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements) accurately.

3. Bookkeeping Knowledge:
- Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.

4. Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Comfortable using communication tools like email, instant messaging, and video conferencing.

5. Organizational Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain orderly financial records.

6. Work Ethics and Reliability:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information securely.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
