Job Description:
As a Cold Caller Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base. Your main responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients, particularly real estate agents, to introduce our services and book appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided call list.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe our services, to persuade potential clients to book an appointment.
- Adjust scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of specific individuals.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
- Document call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:
- Some prior experience in cold calling or sales.
- Experience working with real estate agents is advantageous.
- Neutral, American, or European accent preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and handle various objections.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
