We're seeking a detail-oriented Amazon Listing Optimization Visual Assistant to optimize our product listings on Amazon across multiple markets. Your responsibilities can be summarized into three main areas:
Job Responsibility:
Create, edit, and maintain accurate product listings.
Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines and maximize sales performance.
Optimize listings for visibility and customer engagement.
Able to handle multiple countries with different languages like German, Spanish with translation online tools.
Meet and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance workflow efficiency.
Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the team, adapting to a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Amazon Assistant / VA.
Able to work from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm GMT+8.
Proficiency in navigating Amazon Seller Central.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to listing compliance.
Ability to collaborate effectively and take ownership of tasks.
Good command of English.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Excel and Google Suites.
Consistently meet KPIs and maintain high work standards.
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment with a stable internet connection.
Familiarity with HubStaff for tracking.
No moonlighting is allowed during work hours.
