Email Marketing Manager needed

Hello there! We are a growing Email Marketing Agency with multiple e-commerce stores looking for an enthusiastic and professional Client Success Manager.

We are looking for someone who can work on the Eastern Standard Time clock and is very proficient in English, with a great internet connection and a good camera.

On top of that if they have experience working with clients and communicating things like reports, asking questions, and maintaining client health, then it is a plus!

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Klaviyo (Email marketing software)
- Experiance with Slack for communications
- Must have an iPhone
- Can learn things fast with the help of SOP
- Must be very well versed in English
- Have experience handling clients
- Must be able to work in the EST timezone (which is 12 hours behind PH time)

Your tasks as a manager will Include:
1. Speaking with up to 10 clients
2. Maintaining reports and makings/sending them to clients
3. Getting on brief calls a few times a week
4. Reporting client information back to me

4. Can you work on the EST timezone from 2-8 PM EST (2-8 AM PH TIME)

5. Can you commit to at least 6 months if selected?

7. Have you worked for an Email Marketing agency or e-commerce team before?

8. Are you experienced in using Klaviyo and Slack, if not can you learn quickly if training is provided?

We are looking to grow very quickly in the next few months and this position will allow for opportunities to be moved to incentive-based pay and a salary increase.

Monthly Pay: $500 CAD
Hours: 2-6 Hours Per day, some days it will be less

Currently, you must be able to work at least 20-30hrs/week (including small time on weekends)
