Our Australia-based Property and Construction company is seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help GROW our company. Our service is high value (> $1mil contract value), hence it requires previous experience in a similar domain. We're looking for a true team player with a creative mindset.

Your performance will be measured specifically by various marketing metrics. You need to be someone who is excited by the challenges, and is genuinely wanting to grow the business and make your mark.

Your duties will cover the following.

- Oversee management of all digital channels (including updates, design, and user experience)

- Make sure that all Digital Marketing projects are meeting timelines and budgets

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs are maintained against set baselines for Open Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, Conversion, and Unsubscribes via continuous test and learn agenda)

- Analyse, monitor, and continually improve our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & Google Search Engine Marketing (SEM). If SEO is not your specialisation, you must know enough about it to be able to recruit and manage specialist freelancers for approved proposals for SEO projects.

- Management of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools

- Set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging, and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns

- Producing and launching paid social and paid search campaigns that run on Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info. Again, if this is not your specialisation, you must know enough about it to be able to recruit and manage specialist freelancers for approved proposals for such projects.

You will be in charge 100% of the marketing strategies, executions and KPIs.

You will need to work independently, and be KPIs driven. You will report to the Business Manager on the progress of marketing projects and results, and you will have access to a general admin person who can help out with producing marketing materials.

This is a full-time work-from-home job, that requires a professional home office setting.
We are not interested in hiring freelancers, agencies, or temporary contractors.

We offer monthly bonus based on your KPIs and digital marketing metrics.
