We are looking for a seasoned Human Resource and Administrative Officer. This role is a Full- time Work From Home Opportunity!
SCHEDULE:
11:00 PM - 08:00 AM Manila Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree
-Proven experience in HR and Recruitment
-Excellent English communication skills
-A great team player
-A self sufficient and highly motivated individual who is able to work in a dynamic environment
-Good organisational skills and ability to multi-task
-Detail oriented
-Willing to work extra hours when needed
-Has complete Work From Home setup
-Must have own Laptop or PC (With back up)
-Must have a quality headset with good noise cancellation
-A reliable internet connection is a MUST! (with back up is a PLUS)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Advertise job openings on hiring platforms
-Source potential candidates and conduct interviews
-Screening applicants from various channels according to role requirements
-Maintaining a database with real-time updates on application status
-Performing HR/General Admin tasks including, but are not limited to:
*Drafting Contracts and Agreements
*Invoicing & Payroll
*Informing applicants of job duties, responsibilities & schedules
*Handling employee concerns regarding schedules and payroll
*Checks and monitors daily attendance with the use of a productivity tracking software
*Maintaining accurate employee records
*Orients newly hired employees with time keeping tools
