Role Overview:
As an Account Manager at Syncom Media, you'll be pivotal in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their unique business needs, and ensuring our services align with their objectives. Your role will involve seamless coordination with internal teams to deliver top-tier solutions while presenting the value and impact of our offerings to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong and healthy relationships with existing and new clients, comprehensively understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
2. Act as the primary liaison for client inquiries, requests, and issue resolution, ensuring prompt and satisfactory responses.
3. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, etc.) to meet client needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Create and deliver regular reports and presentations to clients, showcasing the measurable impact of our services on their business growth.
Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience (X years) in account management.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Proficiency in spoken language and possessing a clear, articulate accent.
