As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all areas of the HR function. Responsibilities:
- Manage the backend recruitment process, including sourcing, job post writing, posting, and screening various positions within the organization.
- Support and advise managers on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions to ensure a harmonious and productive workplace.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in compliance with local labor laws and best practices.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data.
- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and legal requirements to ensure the organization remains compliant with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with utmost professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or a similar HR role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in various HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with employees and managers.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
