Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the business, including but not limited to bookkeeping, utilizing QuickBooks, managing accounting tasks, and creating financial predictions to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks software.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and expense tracking.
Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial health, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct financial forecasting, creating projections and scenarios to support decision-making processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (X years) working in financial management, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data to inform business decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
