Job Description: Cold Caller, Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Client Outreach:
Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs.
Establish and maintain relationships with both commercial and residential clients.
Effectively communicate through various channels, including social media platforms and email.
2. Appointment Setting:
Schedule appointments with potential clients.
Coordinate and manage appointment calendars efficiently.
3. Social Media Engagement:
Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to connect with clients.
Foster positive reviews and actively seek feedback from clients.
Leverage social media for effective communication and outreach strategies.
4. Email Management:
Efficiently manage and respond to client emails.
Organize and maintain email correspondence professionally.
5. CRM Management:
Proficiently use CRM tools to manage client information and interactions.
Update and maintain accurate records of client communications.
6. Email Campaigns:
Develop and execute effective email campaigns to generate leads and engage clients.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
1. Independent Work:
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
2. Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience
Proven track record in lead generation.
Previous experience in appointment setting and CRM management.
3. Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to effectively engage with clients and foster positive relationships.
4. Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and lead generation.
