Oversee comprehensive UK and US tax bookkeeping, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes and staying abreast of tax code changes and ensuring accurate submissions.
Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to tax laws and identify areas for optimization.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide tax-related insights and guidance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager with a focus on UK and US tax, bookkeeping and payroll.
In-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations in both countries.
Familiarity with relevant financial software and tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex tax information clearly.
