Job Overview:
We're seeking a talented Social Media Manager to steer our social media presence towards success across the major platforms. We’re looking for someone who has experience doing social media management, a keen eye for design and detail and has excellent English writing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement social media strategies aligned with our brand voice.
- Curate, create, and manage content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Research best practices and come up with novel ideas to grow our audience and reach.
- Schedule and post content regularly, ensuring a consistent online presence.
- Basic creation and editing of engaging video and photography for various formats (stories, reels, posts).
- Manage and optimise our YouTube channel, including video uploads, title and thumbnail testing.
- Analyse and report on social media performance metrics.
- Ideate and contribute to the growth of our digital footprint.
- Research strategies or enrol in relevant courses (paid for by us) to become better at what you do!
Qualifications:
MUST HAVES
- Experience in social media management and design.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong writing skills, capable of taking our voice notes and crafting captions and posts in our brand's voice.
- Familiarity with Canva for design or video editing.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics aligned with our brand.
NICE TO HAVES
- Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies based on analytics.
- Passion for boating, storytelling, and the marine lifestyle is a plus (almost a must!).
