We are looking for an Executive Assistant who will step in and help the CEO with their day to day administration tasks.
Below are your expected responsibilities
- Managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports, managing tasks and follow up.
- Providing customer service as the first point of contact.
- Managing communication via email, phone calls, and social media.
Also, here are the qualifications for the role:
- Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role, is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with current technologies, like Asana, social media posting, Instantly, GHL, etc. - is a plus.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets and Google Suite Applications (Google Doc, Sheets, etc.)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and solid organizational skills.
- A high degree of autonomy and creative problem-solving abilities
- The utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments
- Excellent work ethic and can multitask with minimal supervision
- Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of your teammates
- Proactively communicates, especially with issues
- Willingness to work on US Timezone
Please note that this role is an entry-level position and the pay rate will be based on a $3-$5/hour range to start. The rate will depend on the skills and experience you bring to the table.
