We are hiring a virtual assistant to handle various tasks for a pay-per-call and lead generation brand. Candidate should be very experienced with Zapier and APIs. Those skills will allow you to quickly learn how to use our softwares Ringba and Boberdoo.
Scheduling is flexible as this is an ad hoc role. Availability during 8am - 12pm EST is recommended.
Standard Responsibilities:
- Set up new buyers (integrate with their API)
- Troubleshoot integrations; including corresponding with dev teams and account managers of our vendors/clients
- Utilize Ringba to handle call tracking, analytics, and reporting.
- Assist in organizing and managing data related to marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
