Sales Support Specialist – Graphics and Reports

Job Overview:
We're looking for a hardworking person to join our team. Your job will be to help our sales team by making appealing info-graphics of our products and clear reports about our sales. If you're good at understanding data, making things look good, and helping a team, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
1. Make sheets that show pictures and details of various items we sell.
2. Use Excel and Google Sheets to collect data and make it into easy-to-read reports with graphs.
3. Keep in touch with the sales team by email or messages, giving them the reports and sheets they need.
4. Quickly make any reports the sales team asks for.
5. Know how to use our company's portal to get and use available reports.

Needed Skills:
1. You need to know how to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
2. You need to have used Adobe Suite or similar programs to make graphics.
3. You need to pay attention to details and be organized.
4. You need to be good at talking and working with others.
5. You need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
