Job Title: Influencer & Affiliate Manager
Location: Remote
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Reports to: CEO
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing affiliate programs, developing relationships with influencers, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance. Key responsibilities include recruiting affiliates, negotiating partnerships, managing influencer contracts, tracking metrics, and optimizing marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute campaigns and partnerships with content creators and influencers.
Own communication of business priorities & updates, promotional calendar & updates with affiliate and influencer partners.
Pinpoint new media opportunities by actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers, networks, and trends
Monitor and analyze influencer and affiliate channel performance, leveraging data to adjust strategies to reach business goals and core channel KPIs.
Oversee, forecast, and manage the spend across the whole paid partner program (affiliate and influencer).
Develop and execute global affiliate and influencer marketing strategies across existing and emerging markets
Affiliate onboarding and outreach: evaluate and monitor existing affiliate partners to optimize performance, add net new affiliates and mega influencers to scale
Oversee budgets, invoicing and payments for partnerships
Work cross functionally with the growth, brand, and international marketing team to develop strategies and monitor performance
Responsible for affiliate growth metrics: AOV, CVR, sessions, revenue, bounce rate on affiliate pages
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in affiliate or influencer marketing.
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with Share-a-sale, Google Analytics, Commission Junction, Tune and other popular affiliate & influencer platforms.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Knowledge of digital and brand marketing trends
