Email Design Coordinator

Hey there! Our agency is looking to have someone join our talented Email & SMS Marketing team to support with a few tasks. This role would be part-time, 10 hours/week. We're looking for an email designer with strong Klaviyo experience, Figma experience, and a deep understanding of email marketing metrics and design.
Basic knowledge of Klaviyo's drag & drop email editor and experience using Figma are required for this role.
The roles & responsibilities include:
- Designing emails in Klaviyo's drag & drop editor directly
- Designing emails in Figma (image-based) and uploading them into Klaviyo
- Supporting with email QA (quality assurance) to ensure every email we send is perfect and error-free
- Supporting with other ad hoc tasks related to email marketing, as assigned
